We collect personal data only when you choose to send it to us:

We do not use analytics, advertising, profiling or tracking of any kind. We do not buy or sell personal data.

The contact form is delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service acting as our processor. The data you submit passes through their servers solely to be forwarded to us by email. This may involve a transfer outside the European Economic Area; where that happens it is covered by appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses). Our email is hosted by our email provider. We do not share your data with anyone else, except where required by law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your message only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting collaboration, and then delete it. Where a legal obligation requires longer retention, we keep it for that period only.

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We use a single, strictly-necessary entry in your browser's local storage:

7. Fonts & external content

Fonts (Inter, Nunito) are self-hosted on our own server. No request is made to Google Fonts or any other third party to load them, so your IP address is not shared for that purpose. The site loads no external scripts, trackers or embedded third-party content.

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data; rectify it; erase it; restrict or object to its processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email info@greco-spanish-erasmus-plus.org.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Greece the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr), in Spain the AEPD (aepd.es), or the authority in your country of residence.

The contact form is not intended for children under 16. If you are under 16, please have a parent or guardian contact us on your behalf.
